ALL CLUBS MUST INSURE THEIR PLAYERS against injury when playing for their club.
The terms of benefits and rules of the Leeds FA Accident Fund are posted out with a receipt for your Club accounts by Mr Graham Howden the Accident Fund Secretary.
Upload the certificate of cover emailed to the box made available to your affiliation with the Whole Game System (steps 5) the start date of your cover is 1st June 2016 your finish date is 31st May 2017
Your reference number with the Leeds FA Accident fund is your receipt number. Your details are recorded on a secure data base, as an affiliated Club your proof of PA cover is confirmed to your League/s by Mr Howden.
Both Public Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Cover are mandatory for Clubs to complete their WGS affiliation for the coming season.
