The Leeds & District FA are in initial
discussion with the WRCFA Development Office (Andrew Shuttleworth)
with regard to the steps required in implementing the New National
Charter Standard League programme within the Leeds and District FA
Junior League section.

| This will be a Kitemark
scheme that will be officially launched in July 08 by The FA. Once the
conditions of certification are understood, this plan will be
presented to the Youth Committee of the Leeds & District FA for
full consideration and potential implementation. |
